FUNCTION AND RESPONSIBILITY
The Human Resources Department oversees the personnel functions of the City. The department strives to provide a City work force that is committed to excellence and service; to take proactive measures to solve personnel issues; to lead in the creation of a work environment which encourages professionalism, pride, and respect. The functions include recruitment, selection, and placement of employees; classification, compensation, and employee benefit services; training and development; labor and employee relations; development of policies and procedures; employee recognition. Also included are worker's compensation, disability management, and a Return to Work program.

Parks Maintenance Worker II F/T-(Salary: $2,298/mo.- $2,935/mo.)Under direct supervision, maintains and repairs City Parks and facilities, landscaping, sprinkler systems, and pool maintenance. Must have knowledge of, and ability to, safely operate a variety of manual and power tools and light to heavy power driven equipment.
